    Role Overview

    We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Tester to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products. You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to identify defects, improve user experience, and deliver high-quality solutions.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts

    • Perform manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications

    • Identify, log, and track bugs using defect management tools

    • Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing

    • Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues quickly

    • Participate in requirement reviews and provide test estimates

    • Ensure software meets business and quality standards

    • Prepare test reports and documentation


    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

    • 2+ years of software testing experience

    • Knowledge of SDLC/STLC and Agile methodology

    • Experience with testing tools (JIRA, Selenium, Postman, etc.)

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    • Good communication and documentation skills


    Preferred

    • Automation testing experience

    • ISTQB certification

    We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and increasing revenue. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and generate new leads through networking and market research

    • Develop and implement business growth strategies

    • Build and maintain strong client relationships

    • Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts

    • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
